Behind each commission is a mastery approach to furniture-making taught by master joiners. We still cut many joins by hand and use old-world aged techniques, ensuring structural resilience that flat-pack pieces can't achieve.
Our paint and finishing studio uses low-VOC oils, natural waxes, and ceramic topcoats selected to suit both the timber and the real-life use of the piece – hot dishes, spills, or direct coastal sun.
Joint Architecture
You can request invisible dovetails, exposed finger joints or elegant butterfly keys. All load-bearing elements are engineered to structural standards.
Texture Finishing Lab
We test three finish layers on all pieces, from matte translucent to polished semi-gloss. You can physically compare samples before we paint the main object.

Technical Engineering Blueprint
Our draughtsman develops production drawings, joinery specifications, and a nail-bitingly accurate cut list prepared for our CNC and hand tools.
Joinery and Frame Assembly
The project moves to the main assembly bench. We employ traditional knockdown brackets where needed, or permanent draw-bore joinery for heritage feel.
Sand and Finish Perfection
Sanding goes through 12 progressive grits; then we apply base coat, glaze, and the selected top coat. Each surface is hand-buffed in-between.
Delivery, Install and Care Guide
Our white-glove crew moves the piece into your space, secures optional wall ties and leaves a care kit with wood butter, touch-up markers, and our lifetime repair promise.
